Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing (by email) to the secretariat (info@icmfs2023.com) and will be processed in accordance with the following policy (Please note that phone cancellations or refund requests are not accepted):
Refund payments will be made after the Congress.
| Cancellation before 31st January 2023 | 75% refund |
| Cancellation before 28th February 2023 | 50% refund |
| Cancellation after 1st March 2023 or no-show | No refund |
